This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received a notice in the mail stating that my vehicle’s factory warranty had expired and I had to contact them immediately to activate my vehicle service contract. There is no identifying information on a return address label or in the body of the letter. The vehicle was purchased new in November 2025 and no where close to being out of warranty. Their name and disclosure that they are not affiliated with a dealership or manufacturer is included in fine print at the bottom. The design of the letter is predatory and seeks to take advantage of unsuspecting people.
