I order a bracelet from the company above on November 5, 2025, and I started emailing them on 11.22.25 about the product I did not receive. I got an email back on the 23rd saying new tracking number I could use to track the product. from a Frecious with warm wishes. I sent a respond on 12.23.2025. Then I got another respond from Frecious saying they escalate to the team immediately. The on the 29th got another message asking for my correct address. I confirmed the address on Jan 8th. Then another email from Jessica on the 10th say ok we received your information and that they will be reshipped the package to the address on file and a new tracking number. Sent another email on Jan 15, 2026, saying I still have not received my parcel. received another email on Jan 17, 2026, from May with new information about my parcel and new tracking number saying it's in transit the date of transit is Jan 9th and only moved once and that was on the 10th of Jan Still have not received any thing.
