I made an order with the company Micas on December 23, 2025. I inquired about my order on yesterday because I haven’t received my order and haven’t had any information from the company. They replied back the reason that they haven’t fullfill my order is because they suspect fraud and to provide my passport which is a total lie. I’ve shop with them countless of times and they have always been late. Additionally I’ve never had to provide a passport to obtain an order. This seems shady and fraudulent. With today’s climate I feel that this is a scam. I want my money back and I want to cancel this order. I will never do business with this company again.
