I came across an ad on Facebook December 20, 2026. I placed my order and I paid for expedited shipping. It is now January 18, 2026 and I still have not received my order. I got a notification two nights ago at 11:58 PM that my package was delivered. I went outside to look for the package, even though deliveries don’t take place at 12 in the morning, and there was no package to be found. I will not lie, every time I reach out to the customer service they do reach back out to me. However, I was supposed to be receiving a 20% refund from what I had already spent and I still haven’t received that. Please do not buy anything from this company and/or website. It does give you a tracking number and everything but yet and still, I have not received my $92 order.
