I placed an order with an online store called Forlovergift (www.forlovergift.com) on 12/13/25 and was charged $32.99 on my credit card. Their website states that shipping typically takes 7–14 days. It has now been over a month and I have not received my product. I have emailed the company several times at [email protected]. Each time I receive a different response, but no confirmed delivery date and no product. The business has not honored their stated shipping timeframe and has failed to deliver the item I paid for. After researching this company further, I found a large number of negative reviews online from other customers reporting the same issues, including items never arriving, extremely long delays, misleading shipping information, poor quality products, and difficulty getting refunds. The website also does not list a legitimate business address or phone number, only email contact, which raises concerns about whether this is a legitimate company. Based on the non-delivery, misleading shipping promises, inconsistent responses, and the large volume of similar complaints, I believe this business may be operating deceptively and scamming consumers.
