Description
I received a postcard in the mail saying that I won $100 savings that could be used at Walmart Target and more. I called the toll free number on the postcard and was asked to pay $3.85 for shipping. I was asked for my banking information but thankfully I figured it was a scam so I did not divulge that information. These people should be arrested and charged and put in jail!!
