This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They sold me a plaque with the date me and my wife met with a picture of the moon. It came a month late, it was half the size they said it would be, and two words were misspelled. They charged me twice for it. I disputed it over and over eventually they gave me a 30 percent discount. Complete scam.
