This company named Kuyami misrepresented themselves on YouTube to advertise Organic Oeko-Tex natural linen sheets. After we put our order in for 2 sets, we realized we were coming upon 3 three weeks. We started to wonder if they were coming from China, when their address appeared to be coming from California. So I got online to find the tracking coming from China. Immediately I googled their number and got two invalid numbers. Then I got on their website after one email was rejected and came back mailer demon. During this time I received the package, and found there was one way to contact them on their website. I filled out the form for a return. They did get back to me several days later and asked me the reason I wanted to return. I told them that the sheets that were sent to me were not linen, and Okeo-Tex was not stated on the tag. The tag said they were 100% linen, but not certified ensuring safety for health, and certainly not linen! Kuyami stated they do not take returns for customer dissatisfaction. Their policy is 30 days to return, but they use up all the time they can, so that the customer cannot return the item. I took a picture of my sales receipt and it shows Oeko-Tex with a trademark. This company is a fraud. They have promoted false advertisement! We lost $314.99 from this scam!
