Description

I receive over 150 scam calls a day. Always a different number that says number not in service if you call back. Which like a dummy i did. The past couple of weeks the calls come from "unknown" numbers. Now I got a postcard in the mail from membersgain saying I had an unclaimed reward, a Walmart gift card. To call with a claim number. That number is JBR165770. I didn't respond to the postcard so i don't believe i lost any additional information however, I have been in 3 major data breaches. All of my information (personal information, complete medical records including chargesandpayments, method of payments, medical diagnosis and treatments, financial information, credit reports andmore) is all for sale on the dark web, whatever that is. Ive had so many loans, credit cards, mortgages, auto finance and more that have been applied for using my information. Too many to count. I receive denial letters from different entities by mail, by email and by phone. Along with the data breaches, my phone has been hacked and even some of my contacts are being harassed as well. Calling my contacts and asking for me. I've been enrolled in 4 different medical insurance policies but ive been on medicare for 20 years and haven't applied or attempted to enroll in any other insurance. Ive gotten bills for insurance premiums up to $1300. Ive contacted Medicare regarding that and added my number to the do not call list. But since then, they call even more. I don't know what to do about all of it. So Medicare told me to not answer the phone, so I don't but it definitely rings constantly. I have to just deal with missing important calls, thats turned out to be quite a challenge. At least I can report this postcard and hopefully something can be done. Thank you
