I ordered 2 of the step ladder platforms from a reel I saw on Facebook around Christmas time that reel was listed as TitanXedge. They took their payment of $97.98 out of my account never sent the platforms there's no phone number to call them at just an email at the bottom of my order email confirmation of [email protected] No one answers emails ive sent My order confirmation came from a the email listed on first page if this report, again no one responds to that emails ive sent. On Facebook there is the same video in reels same platform and soecial discount but name of company shows Apexedge and there are complaints listed there on same issue, ordered 2 platforms never received them.and no phone to call. I think they changed their name to Apexedge where i found a complaint listed exactly like mine. Again same video.
