My husband saw a popup ad for a coat when he was on either Facebook or TikTok from York Miller. He added it to the cart and I finished the order for him. He ordered a 3XL. The site appeared to be in the US. I didn’t realize it wasn’t until the item was taking a long time to ship and I emailed asking for tracking info. The tracking info was from China. Finally after 3 weeks, the jacket arrived. All of the tags had been cut out of the jacket. He ordered a 3 XL. Using their size chart, I measured it and estimated it was an XS. I wear a 6P and I tried it on. The sleeves were slightly too short for me, so obviously this was not a 3XL. I emailed the company stating that I needed a prepaid shipping label to return the jacket they sent in error and that they needed to send me a 3XL. The next day I received a response. They advised me that they would refund 20% of the price of the coat and that I could keep it or donate it. I told them that my husband wanted the 3XL that we ordered. I was told that I would have to ship the jacket we received to Germany and that the shipping would probably be quite expensive so they then offered me a 30% refund and said that was the best they could do. At this point, I contacted my method of payment to start a dispute which is currently still in process.
