I clicked on an ad that was in FB Marketplace. The website and product seemed legit. They took payments through Affirm, which made me feel like it was a legitimate business. I was able to make 4 payments over time that totaled $221.09. I received an email with my receipt of payment. I reached out to the support email to ask where my product was and tell them I suspected a scam because nothing had arrived. First reply, they told me that my product was hung up in Los Angeles because of tariffs and they thanked me for my patience, telling me they'd keep me posted on progress. I heard nothing for a while and wrote again. They offered me a discount for waiting. I responded that I wanted a refund. I heard nothing back. I wrote again and still have heard nothing back. They have stopped responding, it has been almost 4 months since my order, and they have taken $221 of my money. I am struggling to figure out if I can get my money back or who to talk to.
