This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This company is a complete scam. We did receive the poor quality dress, and inadvertently got signed up for a "VIP" program. When i emailed to ask for a refund, they dtated they would refund some of the charges and cancel the membership. I did not receive the refund and was charged 3 more times. The bank wont help because it is past the window of opportunity.
