360OnlinePrint is pretending to be a USA-based printing company. They have no phone number, and the address is fake. The INC they are registered under comes up for a business in IL. They sent me a separate invoice in another company named BIZAY ( I can find no information on them). I paid them for printing high-end stickers for a client. They delivered partially low-end paper stickers on a roll. I ordered 3,000 and only received 2,000 very low-quality prints. The ordere took over 30 days to received which was 2 weeks over their alleged 2-week turnaround. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund for the 1,000 missing. I asked to return the stickers they sent, they said I had to pay. They gave me an address in Portugal. That would cost more than the entire order to send back. I reported this fraud to my credit card company but they are having issues getting in touch with them.
