Description
I ordered a personalized college football jersey for my grandson. After waiting weeks, I never received it. I emailed them from the address they sent me a confirmation of order from. He sent me a partial pictrue of the jersey and the usps tracking label. Information to track the package was included in the email. After another several weeks watching the item, I contacted USPS who told me the item had not been picked up from the facility.
