Description

I am reporting a scam involving a total loss of $350. On January 10, I sent $200 to an individual who offered transportation services online. The service was originally for a black truck. After the initial payment, I asked to upgrade to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the individual told me to send an additional $150, which I did. The total amount sent was $350. After I sent the money, the individual stopped responding to all communication and never provided the service or issued a refund. I have not heard from him since. The individual contacted me using two different phone numbers: • 929-815-2966 • 914-398-5338 I was instructed to send the money to this phone number: • 917-420-5401 The individual also operates under the TikTok username @firstplacetransportation, which is how I initially found and contacted him. This transportation service was intended for my 21st birthday. Based on the circumstances, I believe this was a fraudulent transaction and am requesting that this matter be investigated as a scam
