Description
Toy's N' Tech is a third-party seller from Amazon that was advertising a Nintendo Switch-OLED and when we received the item, it was a Japanese version of the Nintendo Switch-OLED which was NOT indicated by their pictures or their description. We requested to return the product back and get a full refund but now the package was lost in transit via UPS ground. When I googled the return label address, it was addressed to Returns Department - Lukfilm International LLC but google maps popped up a UPS store and a Staples store. I've been trying to file a claim with UPS and Toy's N Tech, but they keep requesting "more detail" even though they initially falsely advertised a product on Amazon. No refund has been issued yet.
