Description
Sold my home cash sale contract states 45 to 90 days to receive cash now they are extending it I was misled by a fast talking realtor about how wonderful it was and that we would get cash instead of paying fees and so on it was a scam that only benefits them not us we had to move out and leave the home empty for repairs which to this date have not been completed as we still have keys to the home and the title they take advantage with misleading statements to senior citizens about the sale
