Description
They called to offer a$40,000 loan. I did not apply for a loan. But initially, I said I was a home renovator, and being my 5th and last home, I would reach them if needed. They texted to ask if I was no longer interested; could I let them know? This was unlike all the others who solicited, so I thought, finally a real person offering a loan. Not in need of a loan, but would keep their number. That touched off repetitive texts asking to speak, to call, etc. I was working and thankfully unavailable. But even after replying again, I was working, and they kept texting as if not reading my replies. So I began to think I was texting with a bot. Scammers abound.
