Description
I tried to order some snow boots from a company I purchased from in 2024 called Boonies. When I used that link, I found exactly what I was looking for and purchased the boots only then did I realize it was now a company called Comfy Platform Shoes. I ordered October 27, 2025, I received confirmation and on November 12 received email with my order number saying it had been shipped and if I did not receive it within 10-15 business days contact them by responding to the email. I started contacting them in December and the responses I received were from Premier Trust Store. They provided the tracking number showing it was delivered on November 20. When I said it wasn't delivered to me, they said I had to prove it. I went to my post office and was told the package was addressed to someone else and they picked it up and the info was private so could not give me proof. I explained this to someone named Sandra who I now believe is AI because the responses to my emails made absolutely no sense. One told me the shipping and delivery was based in China and explained the return policy when I was complaining about not receiving what I ordered. I wrote them a nasty response yesterday and today I received a response from them thanking me for my purchase! I give up This is absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received!
