Description
I purchased Turbo Tax 2024 for business and received a license key. I used the program to prepare tax returns for 2024. In 2025, I attempted to access my files from 2024 but received a 605 error code. It indicated that I had an invalid license key. I called Intuit support and they informed me that Big Home Tax is not authorized to sell Turbo Tax. As such, they would not help me. I now cannot access my 2024 tax files. They are scammers. DO NOT download any products from them.
