Description
I called Cheesecake Factory to place a delivery order and was told I must do so on their website through DoorDash. I visited the website, placed the order, and received a confirmation text that the restaurant had received it. Shortly after, I received a call from a number labeled 'doordash at 888-414-1045 stating the website server was down and need to push my order through manually. They texted me a code where they changed my information on my DoorDash account. My account was deactivated, and my personal information is now at risk of being shared online. I called Cheese Factory to let them know that they said there's nothing they can do about it. I must contact the delivery company.
