The scammer has issued an invoice for $38,650.00 to a prior Branch President at ************ Management Group, who is now retired. Invoice states it's for specialized R&D activities include in-depth analysis, strategic planning and implementation of R&D initiatives...for moths of October 1st - December 30th 2025. The services were not requested, nor performed.
