However, they repeatedly gave conflicting delivery information—first claiming it would arrive on December 27, then later stating it was delivered on December 24. The package never arrived. I checked with all nearby neighbors, and none received it on my behalf. Tracking only shows ‘delivered in or at the mailbox’ in Washington, DC 20001, without specifying the exact address. I am requesting confirmation of the precise delivery location so I can verify whether it was misdelivered. Given the inconsistent information and lack of meaningful assistance—being told only to ‘check with neighbors’—I believe this vendor is acting dishonestly. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller.
