I saw an ad for women bodysuits on fb. I purchased some for my wife because it was a good price point. The reviews were good, the influencer that was promoting the body suit seemed legit. I made the purchase on 12/15/25 and received shipping info on 12/16/25. The tracking directed me to jewelshipping as the courier based in NJ. I received a small package on 1/9/26 from shipping department ste 313 20 Haypress Road Canterbury NJ. via USPS. The package contained two products that looked like earring hooks. There were two labels, the top label detailed the information I just gave you and the label underneath that said jewelshipping. I emailed the customer service dept at [email protected] on 01/13/26 and got a response fairly quickly, but to me it was a bunch of nothing. I asked for a refund and have not got a response yet. I looked up the company through chatgpt and some similar complaints were mentioned. That brought me here.
