Description
Ordered a quilted dragon tote bag for a Christmas present. Order was placed on November 30, 2025. Product received 1/03/2026. Product is a canvas bag, NOT quilted, poor handles, cheaply made, mismatched pattern. Definitely not worth what was paid for. I have contacted the company 3 times, and have not received any response. I requested that they either replace the tote for what they advertised and what I paid for, or to issue a full refund. Still no response. Their EIN number is listed on, but is not found in any search. Open Gov CO, has this company in good standing, however they several addresses.
