I was on Facebook and there is a website that claims to be able fix blurry pictures. The price advertised is 10 Cents and that is what I paid through PayPal. The net day I was charged $49 and I connected PayPal. I’m waiting to hear from them, They are a good company and I’m sure they will take care of issue.
