Received two calls (will be cross-posted to the other called from # and different call back #): 1st call on 12/30/25 from (813) 666-1024 VM cited call back (855) 224-7311 case #RB 47442 from a 'James Owens' frm the Delivery Department of Document procedures and conduct...VM said sealed document to be delivered by an in-person agent to 'computer generated audio name', file #RB 47442 'computer generated audio'...to home or place of employment, If no contact is established, this will be escalated and classified as a failure to comply..2nd call on 1/12/26 from (727) 416-3399 same VM, same case #RB 47442 cited different call back (833) 394-0551 from a 'James Owens' frm the Delivery Department of Document procedures and conduct...BOTH had SAME Voice, recordings interrupted by a computer generated voice saying a name (think fill in the blank)
