I intended to use them as costumes for Halloween. Their package tracker said it was delivered on 11/7/2025, I was in the building when they said it had been delivered, I checked with co-workers and the neighborhood an no one saw the package. I reached out and they said they would send it again after I told them I had checked everywhere and with everyone. They claim they sent out the second set of items on 12/04/2025, and sent me another tracking page. I had everyone on the lookout for the item, and drove by the building a few times when they said the package was delivered it was nowhere to be found. They claim it was shipped China Post and had sent me a tracker page. When I contacted them to have them refund my money, they emailed to apologize for the inconvenience and that they could send it out a third time and they wanted to send me a $10 coupon to use with my next order instead. I told them no, I wanted my refund for $35.99 for the items not sent. I just received an email today that says they regret to inform me that the package was delivered and that I would not be receiving a refund. Since the second time, I have looked on the internet and found out (too late) that this is a scam website and was posted on a few different scam alert sites. I emailed them one last time to have them refund my money immediately. I have been monitoring my debit card and have had no other activity on it from this company and I will continue to monitor it. I am uploading screen shots of my order, and a picture of the tracking website in one pdf document for the record.
