Description

I was emailed a job offer for a position that I applied for. I accepted the offer and received a text message asking for my bank account so money could be transferred to set up my home office as this is a remote position. This seemed suspicious so I called the company directly. The position I applied for was an actual job; however, those contacting me did not work for the company.
