I purchased a hat via their website on July 20th of 2025, and was initially told that there was a delay in manufacturing. I remained patient over the course of a few months, asking for updates via their support email ([email protected]) which I never received, meanwhile the brand was still advertising new products on their Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/hiddenstudiosla/) It has been nearly half a year now with no updates on the ETA for shipping of my order, and no refund which I have requested both via email and on Instagram. It appears a large number of other people have been experiencing a similar issue of unshipped goods with this brand, and hiddenstudiosla is trying to silence them by deleting their comments regarding their negative experience on their Instagram posts.
