Description
I received a letter from the “Negotiations Department” with no address claiming I have 10 days to settle my accounts with Discover, Wells Fargo, BoA, Capital One, and American Express. As much as I’d love for this to be real, I have seen many people writing about this with a proposed program payment of: $312.50 and est settlement of: $11,250.00. I have had many experiences with scams working as a loans officer. There is no email address except that maybe they are located in the East because of the EST time to call with my notice number.
