The caller to my cell phone claimed to be from Our Vacation Centre or Center. He said he had really good deals on MSC Cruises. We found a date price and itinerary which interested my husband and I. While the vacation company was attempting to bill the deposit we got a call from our credit card fraud department stating there was suspicious activity from Our Vacation Center. The agency was trying to bill 3-4 several small amounts instead of one deposit. The credit card fraud department considered this suspicious. we asked the credit card company to block all of the charges and I told the representative to STOP all transactions. I removed my permission for them to charge our card. We did NOT get ANY documents itinerary invoice or anything from the vendor. Now all but $80.50 has been blocked. I can not reach Our Vacation Center. The credit card company is insisting we owe $80.50 event though NO SERVICES were rendered.
