Description

I was approached by Llewellyn Schooling while on contract at Tesla gigafactory Sparks Nevada, he proposed a offer to me to come work for his company to help them finish there job that they were working, I agreed to do so. I completed the job and he has avoided payment for weeks and will not return calls and his business line in South Africa is not working or returning calls either. He is doing this to multiple Americans but not his own people. He is not a registered company in Nevada and is scamming people of there labor. Working. Us 16 hrs a day 7 days a week no over time pay. He is violating all the rights of us workers. He said if we want to be paid we have to go to South African courts. He is doing this in multiple states in the U.S.A Nevada, Texas, Indiana, South Carolina, Illinois. He is collecting his checks from these automakers and not paying us the American contractors all his money is being sent to South Africa and it is wrong for him to do us like that.
