I placed an order for a product. It did not work. I did NOT sign up for a subscription, but received another shipment. I told them the product did not work, that I did not want the new product and I wanted to ship it back, but they said they cannot accept returns on a subscription. When I logged into my account on their website the system even said there was no subscription. When I emailed them they said my subscription has been cancelled, but I didn’t cancel a subscription because there was no subscription. So they are giving you a bad product, stealing your money for a bad product that you did not order, and do not accept returns or refunds for their awful product.
