He explained that he could provide a cost effective resolution to landscaping my yard if I could agree it would take more time. He explained that he buys in bulk and would therefore save me extra cost. He has multiple reviews that assert his reliability and professionalism. However, once the job was started, it was draggged out over many months and there was always an excuse. The money was given for supplies that were never delivered nor installed. Then the accused stopped responding . Multiple others have similar stories of the same con. Do not recommend this unlicensed contractor.
