Website guaranteed money back if rx was not prescribed. Downloading errors prevented me from being able to complete intake form, so they can't write my prescription. All I want is my money back. It was taken out the same day, emails exchanged, formally requested refund multiple times. They are "reviewing" it?? A month later, no one will answer my emails.
