On 23 Nov 25 I placed order for 2 pillows at a deep discount (a sale according to their Facebook post). They charged my debit card. Their website has scrolling at top “5 day delivery within US”. On 20 Dec 25 I inquired by email about order status and they said they had to use some overseas shipping to meet increased demand but offered me a 50% refund at the time or a 100% refund if order didn’t arrive between 22-28 Dec 25. I emailed 29 Dec 25 and they said a full refund would be processed and received within 3-5 days. I emailed again 6 Jan 26 and was told a system reset had wiped order info but a status would be provided if I sent order #, name and email address used. I have received nothing since then despite repeated emails. No order (tracking still shows China…), no refund and no emails. They have also removed two negative reviews I left on their webpage (several others posted negative reviews about no orders and no refunds). I have threatened legal action, filed a fraudulent charge claim w/my bank, and now reporting to BBB as I told them I would. I also reported the to the Alzheimer’s Association as they are using an AA photo on their website claiming they donate part of their profits to the AA. I want my money back but even moreso I want to make sure they don’t continue scamming others. Thank you for whatever you can do to stop them.
