Description

It was the bait and switch technique. I saw beautiful, three dimensional quilted pictures on Facebook with lots of positive reviews. When I received my order, nearly a month after I ordered it, the table runner was of inferior quality and was just a couple pieces of fabric sewn together with a quilting machine. It didn’t look at all like the heavy duty quilt that I expected. The biggest problem was that I ordered a whiskered (cat) library rug that looked realistic and they sent me one that was a completely different design and looked like a cartoon. I checked my order and contacted them immediately by clicking on the email address provided by them to rate the product and delivery. I have sent them 5 emails in the 2 days since I received the order and they haven’t responded. I discovered that the email address they gave to respond to notify them of any problems with the order was not the same one that they say you must use to report issues on their website. I have sent emails to both emails with no response. As I was filling out this form and was asked for email addresses, I found that there are two more associated with them. There is no phone number so I used the Shopify email address which looked like a phone number so I could complete this form. The email addresses are: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] There is another website with the same items but under a different name that advertises on Facebook. I assume it is the same scammers. I can’t find the name right now, but the web design looks the same. There is no mailing address so no way to return the wrong item. My photos are too large for this site and I don’t know how to make them smaller.
