When I placed this order, the product photos and descriptions appeared high quality, and the seller’s support emails repeatedly stated that the items were being shipped from Italy to the United States. Beginning on December 14, I received multiple email updates claiming the package was already in transit from Italy. I received the items and found that the quality was extremely poor and did not match the images or descriptions provided at the time of purchase. More importantly, the shipping information raises serious concerns about misrepresentation. The USPS shipping label shows that the label was created on January 5, and the sender address is in California, not Italy as repeatedly stated in the seller’s communications. The package was sent by Keathers Fottyes, a company that has been reported multiple times to the Better Business Bureau for alleged scams, including brushing scams and other deceptive practices. Based on the discrepancies between the seller’s claims, the shipping records, and the actual product received, I believe this transaction involved misleading information regarding both product quality and country of origin. I am submitting this complaint to document the misrepresentation and to request appropriate resolution.
