Description
They call goes automaticly to voicemail stating they are from TD Lending with your approval on a loan. Log in to your account or press 1 to connect to underwriting. When someone answers they try to start, but i begin asking questions. I ask for a supervisor, or where they’re calling from. The answers I have received range from they are on vacation, in a meeting, on another call, or we don’t have supervisors. When I state I’ll wait for an available supervisor they hang up. The locations are even better like California with a New York area code or Virginia or some other state. The best one “for security reasons we can not reveal the location.” I also inform them I am recording this call for lawsuit purposes. They always hang up
