Description
This company provides subscription services for trail/game cameras. I bought a SEHMUA trail camera on Amazon. It worked great. I bought a subscription for 360 days for $39.99. However, after one month of use, I got a message that my subscription plan had run out. It then told me to continue to use the camera, that I needed to "recharge" my account, and at a rate of $169.90 for 12 months. I emailed customer service and all they said was that my plan had run out, and I needed to purchase a new one. No response to my questions about pricing. And who knows what they would have charged in another month had I purchased the $169.90 and then "run out" after a month. No transparency provided. No customer service number to call. I believe this company is a scam.
