Description
This website was advertised on TicTok. It was under the brand store name Neiman Marcus. I received a order number and a tracking number, It said my package was delivered but I didn't receive it. After doing some research I realize that the carrier they used said China Post. I got tracking details all the way up to the supposed delivery date. I also sent an email out asking when will my package would be delivered and I got a response from a women called Mia. She responded to other emails prior to the delivery. Once I noticed I never received my order she never responded.
