On November 7, 2025 I was contacted by Thomas Bradley for a job offer. I was given training videos to watch and told to contact [email protected] to fill out the paperwork to get paid. I contacted to payroll who sent me a w9 to fill out on 11/11/25. I was then notified by Thomas Bradley saying that I would be added to the https://volta-crm.com website and given the name of my curator (POC) Marsha Reilly (323) 540-5857. I received my first package on 11/17/25 and completed the job of opening the package, making sure all contents were ok and shipped them off to the customer. All shipping labels are given to us via volta crm once we have submitted pictures of the product. I completed 12 packages including picking up Iphones from my local Apple Store and other electronics from Best Buy. I was told that after one month my check would be sent out via USPS paper check and would take 10-14 business days by Victoria Allen. When I contacted the payroll department on 1/2/26 I was told that another check could be sent but I have received nothing. I started calling the (800) 422-7085 on 1/8/25 but it leaves you on hold and then sends you to a voicemail. I also sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] but they have not responded.
