I saw the ad on social media for the forcegear retractable ratchet straps. I clicked the link I bought the black Friday deal buy three get two free paid $94 on the Shop app . Christmas came and went and it never came. I emailed they said sorry for the delay, track your order it shows it’s Coming from China, but there’s no detail tracking information. Yesterday I received two cheap Walmart grade straps. Nothing like what I ordered. I emailed and requested a full refund. Of course I have not heard back and you cannot find the website anymore. **I have all screenshots it will only upload 1
