Description
Purchased an item back in October 2025. November 17 received a notification of delivery. I contacted them to let them know that I didn’t receive my item. They send they wound send me a replacement, a gift and would give me a 20%off. I waited for over a month and nothing. I contacted them via WhatsApp and email and no response. They actually blocked me. I opened a claim though PayPal but denied my case because according to them, seller provided a tracking number which clearly doesn’t have my full address, no proof of signature or delivery. I’m appealing for a manual review.
