My parents ordered this for Christmas for me. The package arrived with not all the advertised parts. My parents paid $120 for this. I cannot get a hold of the company via their contact page or their email. I've received no response back. I can't believe all the positive reviews from this company and people are getting scammed. I would like to get a refund for my parents.
