Toner was delivered to our office but was not ordered. Person claiming to be called Robert Wells (caller ID showed Anonymous) called our office saying we have an outstanding balance. He stated toner was delivered to our office and he has all of the information of one of our employees from the transaction. Staff told him the employee he is referring to did not order any toner. The person said the toner needed to be sent back if we did not send payment. He called multiple times and faxed us an invoice that had our office address but no suite number. He spelled the employee's name wrong and there is somehow no tax for the transaction. The header of the fax reads Digital Imaging Supplies but the invoice reads Digital Image Supplies, INC. Staff told him to stop calling the office. All employees were notified not to answer any anonymous calls and he seems to have stopped calling so far.
