Flexcare Medical Solutions of Hollywood, FL, submitted a fraudulent medical claim using my name and Medicare number to received reimbursement for Durable Medical Equipment on five (5) separate dates, resulting in payment made directly to them in the amount of $7,168.88. After reporting the fraud, I learned that this company has defrauded Medicare in numerous other claims around the country. Seniors should review their Medicare EOBs.
