Description
A friend ordered sunglasses from them and told me to get some… my friend got the wrong pair sent. I ordered two pairs and shipping was delayed and I got a message saying it was counterfeit shipping label so they sent me new pairs and both were fake Costa sunglasses and the wrong items shipped. I have reached out numerous times to get a label to ship back and get a refund and despite the return policy on the site they are saying I have to pay for my own label to send to Asia and that it will be expensive. They have tried to give me an 8% refund and to gift the fake sunglasses to a friend which I do not want to do.
